ThreadPilot provides an AI-powered growth intelligence platform designed to discover high-intent conversations, track topical keywords, and analyze discussion sentiment across Reddit. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature or portion of the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and workspace settings, as well as all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information upon registration.
4. Acceptable Use & Platform Guidelines
You agree not to use the Service for spamming, automated targeted harassment, deceptive marketing, or any activities that violate Reddit’s Terms of Service or User Agreement. Prohibited activities also include reverse engineering our proprietary intelligence models, scraping our platform, or uploading malicious code.
5. Intellectual Property & License
All algorithms, UI/UX designs, intelligence models, and proprietary software comprising ThreadPilot remain the exclusive property of ThreadPilot. You retain full ownership of your custom monitoring parameters, team inputs, and workflow strategies.
6. Limitation of Liability
ThreadPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum precision, we do not guarantee specific conversion outcomes or uninterrupted third-party data availability. In no event shall ThreadPilot be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in abusive automation practices.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
